During my four years at SmartPak, I grew from a Production Designer into a Graphic Designer, contributing to high-volume, customer-facing marketing across print and catalog channels. I played a key role in designing and producing catalogs, direct mail, signage, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight production deadlines.
As my role evolved, I collaborated closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to support new company initiatives, redesign catalogs, and develop style guides to streamline workflows across the design team. I also helped establish a user testing program to better understand customer preferences and inform design decisions. Throughout my time at SmartPak, I worked hands-on with illustrators, printers, and internal stakeholders to bring projects from concept through final production with efficiency and attention to detail.
